Summary of Work: As described more fully in the Construction Documents, provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, insurance, and services to replace three (3) University-Furnished/Contractor-Installed (“UFCI”) air handler units and provide all associated control valves, piping and roof curbs at the Chemistry Building 557 on the University of California, Santa Barbara campus.

Estimated Construction Cost: $300,000

C-4 (Boiler Hot Water Heating & Steam Fitting Contractor)


C-20 (Warm-Air Heating, Ventilation & A/C Contractor)

General Information: Bidders are NOT required to provide Bid Security as part of their respective bid submittals for this particular solicitation.

No contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a Bid for this project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (“DIR”) pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5 [with limited exceptions from this requirement for bid purposes only under Labor Code section 1771.1(a)].
