Description of Work: Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, insurance, and services to convert the existing phoenix valves supporting the labs in Bldg. 615 to DDC, as more fully described in the Construction Documents. This includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of the phoenix valve controllers, room temperature sensors, fume hood monitors, zone presence sensors, and hot water valve actuators for all the original zones (20 fume hoods) in the MRL building.

Only bidders who participate in the initial (virtual or in-person) pre-bid conference, will be allowed to bid on the Project as a prime bidder. Only attendees at the original pre-bid conference will be permitted to schedule a subsequent site visit with the University Representative.
