Summary of Work: Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, insurance and services to construct an exterior and interior renovation of approximately 1,125 sq. ft. of the Preston Cloud building, as described in the Construction Documents. Interior work includes selective demolition, new lighting, modification to existing lighting, new and modified HVAC, electrical, and architectural finishes. The exterior work includes new door, windows, and equipment sheds, replacing the existing handrails and replacement of select roof-mounted equipment. The work will be executed in a single phase, and the space has been abated of hazardous materials.
Estimated Construction Cost: $370,000

Pre-Bid Conference(s): Mandatory Pre-Bid Conferences and mandatory Pre-Bid Job Walks will be conducted on Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. AND Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. in the Building 594 Learning Center Conference Room on the UCSB campus.
Note: Bidders that attended and whose name appears on the posted sign-in sheet for the March 10, 2020 Pre-Bid Conference/Job Walk are NOT required to attend this additional Pre-Bid Conference and Job Walk. Any bid submitted by a Bidder who did not attend one of the two mandatory Pre-Bid Conferences shall have its bid rejected as non-responsive.
