SHORTLISTING - The University's Screening Committee has selected the following firms for further consideration: (1) P2S (Long Beach, CA); (2) Altura (Newport Beach, CA); and (3) 3QC (Pasadena, CA).

Introduction & Background: The University of California, Santa Barbara (“University”) requests a written response, for Qualifications (“RFQ”) from qualified firms in the area of design phase commissioning services and construction commissioning of major disciplines.  At a minimum, interested firms should have expertise in analytics-driven commissioning in HVAC, lighting, and plumbing systems. Firms will be required to have prior work history on UC residential housing developments or equivalent.

General Project Information: A shortlist of firms will be determined by a University screening committee, and final consultant evaluations and selection recommendations developed by a University selection committee. Each candidate firm will be required to show evidence of its equal employment opportunity policy.
